The location was good. It was easy to get around. it was also close to some restaurants.
I had a problem with the bar. the bar staff tried to upsell my drink. i ordered glenlivet, but i did not notice there was 12 year and 18 year. i was charged for the 18 year. This is not what i wanted.

The staffs were helpful. I liked the location near Eaton Centre. It was easy to access many food places. Housekeepers were nice and front desks always answered my questions.
The bar attempted an upsell on drinks. My husband ordered Glenlivet. The bar staffs did not ask what year and charged for the 18 year whiskey.

The location was EXCELLENT!!! It was near many establishments. The staff was helpful. The rooms were clean.
The approach to the underground parking should have been explained better. I saw no warning about the lack of a small fridge in the room.

charming surprise at a city centre stay

i was charmed by the robot talking to the children, it was really cute. the location proved advantageous because the eaton centre mall was quite close. i found so many food places to choose from.
i found the rooms quite outdated though they were functional. the sink had zero water pressure, a minor inconvenience .

the fitness centre, swimming pool and rooftop area were all conveniently situated on the same floor. the hotel lobby was quite busy with many tourists and families! the hotel also has a kid zone.
